If you believe ...      SpeakUp 101 --      Republic

 The Constitution
             (Article IV, Section 4)

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.

Thomas Jefferson
          (3rd President of U.S.A.)

Republican is the only form of government which is not eternally at open or at secret war with the rights of mankind.

  Maybury vs Madison
             (US Supreme Court, 1803)

All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.

     John Jay
(1st Supreme Court Chief Justice)

The jury has a right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy.

    Thomas Jefferson
              (3rd President of U.S.A)

In a republican nation whose citizens are to be led by reason and persuasion and not by force, the art of reasoning becomes of first importance.

    Edmund A. Opitz

No one can read our Constitution (of the United States) without concluding that the people who wrote it wanted their government severely limited; the words "no" and "not" employed in restraint of government power occur 24 times in the first seven articles of the Constitution and 22 more times in the Bill of Rights.

   Alexander Hope

Painful as it may be to hear it, there's nothing special about the people of this country (the United States) that sets them apart from the other people of the world. It is the Bill of Rights, and only the Bill of Rights, that keeps us from becoming the world's biggest banana republic. The moment we forget that, the American Dream is over.

      Ayn Rand

There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible to live without breaking laws.

    James Madison
             (4th President of U.S.A)

If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In framing a government that is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.

    Anacharsis
    (Classical Greek philosopher)

Written laws are like spider's webs; they will catch, it is true, the weak and poor, but would be torn in pieces by the rich and powerful.

   Benjamin Franklin
        (Founding Father, Scientist)

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

 Alexis de Tocqueville

The American Republic will endure, until politicians realize they can bribe the people with their own money.

       James Bovard

America needs fewer laws, not more prisons.

[REPUBLIC]:

1) An extremely rare system of government with a short lifecycle; directed and confined by constitutional law protecting the rights of its citizenry, especially minorities and individuals, against ANY and ALL oppressors .

2) A political system where individuals get four votes - the ballot box, the jury box, the grand jury box, and the cartridge box.  These votes make the individual the ultimate check in the checks and balances of a responsible government; thereby the most important characteristic of a Republican form of government is the individual.

3) It's a shepherd, called constitutional law, protecting the sheep from wolves. By stealth, and because of their predatory nature, the wolves have historically engineered a series of emergencies and by foolishness, fear, complacency, naivety, and/or by lack of understanding the importance of the shepherd, called 'constitutional law', the humble hardworking sheep have historically accepted the wolves’ conclusion that killing the shepherd is necessary for security against this staged enemy.  Without the shepherd, you can easily guess what’s for dinner tomorrow night.

4) Jeopardy answer: What is the wind beneath liberty’s wings of justice and peace?

[NOW... FLOSS IT OUT]:

[CONCERNED AMERICAN]:  I can't believe Obama has expanded Bush's war of terror by bombing Pakistan on a regular basis.

[BUSH/OBAMA SUPPORTER]:   We’re fighting them 'Al-Keeblers' to keep our Democracy and bless the world with Democracy too.

[CONCERNED AMERICAN]:  Do you even realize that our founding fathers created a Republican form of government, not a Democracy? - in fact, they hated the idea of Democracies.

[BUSH/OBAMA SUPPORTER]:   Same difference.  Democracy, Republic, Liberty.  All the same.  All are anit-elveslamo-fascism.

[CONCERNED AMERICAN]:  Really?

A democracy is a one-vote system as opposed to a Republic, which is a four-vote system. Four votes to check tyranny, not just one.

The first vote is at the polls on election day when we pick those who are to represent us in the seats of government. But what can be done (in a Democracy) if those elected officials just don't perform as promised or expected? - or follow the Constitution?

In a Democracy, the people have to wait until the next election cycle.  Under a Republic, votes two-three-four are the most effective means by which the common people of any nation on earth have ever had in controlling those appointed to serve them well in government.

In a Republic, the second vote comes when you serve on a Grand Jury. Before anyone can be brought to trial for a capital or infamous crime by those acting in the name of government, permission must be obtained from people serving on the Grand Jury! The Minneapolis Star and Tribune, on March 27th 1987, put it this way: "A grand jury's purpose is to protect the public from an overzealous prosecutor."

The third is the most powerful vote; this is when you are acting as a jury member during a courtroom trial. At this point, "the buck stops" with you! It is in this setting that each juror has more power than the President, all of Congress, and all of the judges combined! Congress can legislate (make law), the President or some other bureaucrat can make an order or issue regulations, and judges may instruct or make a decision, but no juror can ever be punished for voting "Not Guilty!" Any juror can, with impunity, choose to disregard the instructions of any judge or attorney in rendering his vote. If only one juror should vote "Not Guilty" for any reason, there is no conviction and no punishment at the end of the trial. Thus, those acting in the name of government must come before the common man to get permission to enforce a law.

If all else fails, i.e. elections are stolen, juries are bribed and/or threatened, we the people of a Republic get a forth vote. We get to defensively vote from the rooftops against tyranny's enforcers, who always come to your door in a uniform.

To put this simply, in a democracy, two wolves and a sheep vote on what's for supper.  In a constitutional republic, the sheep rule, the wolves decide nothing, and the sheep are well armed.  (for more information, see Citizens Rulebook

[BUSH/OBAMA SUPPORTER]:   Well, why did Bush, a Republican, like to spread Democracy throughout the world?

[CONCERNED AMERICAN]:  The same reason a whore likes to spread her legs - easy money.  Spreading Democracy is just a PC (politically correct) enunciation of filling the coffers of the Military Industrial Complex by bombing the manure out of random brown skinned nations, just like spreading her legs is PC for screwing the manure out of random people for cash.

[BUSH/OBAMA SUPPORTER]:   So Bush is a whore of the Military Industrial Complex?

[CONCERNED AMERICAN]:  Yes. Though more politely put, a serial pitchman for murdering the innocent, i.e. Iraqi babies.

[BUSH/OBAMA SUPPORTER]:   What about Obama?

[CONCERNED AMERICAN]:  Follow the money trail and observe Obama's actions, not his rhetoric.  His political rise and presidential campaign was financed by the same Military / Medical / Media Industrial Complex (3MIC) and the same International Banksters that backed Bush.  The EXACT same!  He is just another whore politician; he is just another 'November Messiah'.

And ask yourself:  Are we out of Iraq?  Has the economy improved? Will Obama's Healthcare plan profit BIG Pharma or help the poor? Will Obama's Cap&Trade plan profit 'Carbon Traders' such as Al Gore and Goldman Sachs or will it help the working class? Has anything changed for the WORKING Class?

No!

And that's because November Messiah's protect themselves and their elite backers and friends with 'political law'. The common person is ONLY protected by 'constitutional law'.

[WHATEVER HAPPENED TO JUSTICE?]:

"The [following] two laws are stated throughout the lore of all the great religions.  They are the point on which all come together. So, these are the only two rules that can be enforced on everyone.  To go beyond them would be encroachment."

 - Richard J. Maybury
